This project unfolded in two thoughtful phases. Phase 1 added a full second story—including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a light-filled living space, and a custom spiral staircase designed to connect the home’s new vertical flow. Phase 2 introduced a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, expanding the family’s ability to gather and entertain. The homeowners lived onsite throughout construction, so our team prioritized a seamless, low-disruption process. Built for a growing family and completed in close partnership with their design team, this project reflects Scribe’s commitment to thoughtful spaces and collaborative craft.
